I waited in the lobby for just over an hour. I would have liked to write this blog then, but unfortunately I didn't have cell service.
Needless to say the wait kind of set me off. I finally get in to my room to meet the doctor. She comes in apologizing for the wait. Sensing I am a little frustrated, she instantly drops the "I just had to tell 2 people they had cancer" bomb. In a matter of seconds I go from feeling a little ticked off to feeling like a complete and total jerk. It instantly put things in perspective. I was frustrated over a long wait, while ignoring the blessing of good health.
The appointment was rather uneventful, except for the fact that she numbed my nose and stuck a camera in so far I could feel it coming out the back of my throat. Very uncomfortable, and at times, slightly painful.
When it was all said and done, I have a mild sinus problem. I have a "Deviated Septum" otherwise known as a crooked nose. Not serious enough to operate on quite yet, but may still remain an annoyance. Dr. Butt told me to just send her an email if I want to get it fixed, and she will schedule me.
I may just live with it for the time being, but don't be suprised if I have this taken care of not long from now.

That would be a good thing to look up, where the surname "Butt" originates. I met a Dr. Lipshitz one time. Pretty funny.
